This site was created in 2013 thanks to a research fund granted by the Florida State University. It features the first example of a transnational metadata gathering effort performed on the output of Milanese publisher Sonzogno (no historical catalog exists for Sonzogno, nor is there any official bibliographic information before 1943). The sample is part of a broader research project that aims to rebuild and publish online a catalog of the Sonzogno publications for the years 1805-1943 and, whenever possible, integrate it with digital text material.

Welcome to LDbase, a NIH-funded collaboration between researchers and librarians to build a first-of-its-kind data repository containing decades of knowledge about learning disabilities. LDbase will be an open science resource for the educational and developmental science scientific communities, providing a secure place to store and access data and access materials about aspects of data management and analyses. The aim of LDbase is to be a powerful resource that opens up new areas of research and accelerates discoveries, inspiring innovative research that helps children with learning disabilities.

IDigBio stands for “Integrated Digitized Biocollections”. Based out of the Florida Museum of Natural History. Partners are the University of Florida, Florida State University, the Florida Museum of Natural History, and the National Science Foundation.

The Citrus Greening Database is a cooperative effort between the University of Florida/IFAS and the Florida Center for Library Automation (FCLA) and is made possible by funding from the Florida Citrus Production Advisory Council (FCPRAC). Our objective is to collect information from around the world related to huanglongbing disease (Citrus greening) and compile and centralize it in a user friendly database that can be easily accessed by everyone. The database is a dynamic project which is updated periodically with references for the most recent publications and will be expanding overtime. The majority of the citations contain links to the original article. This web-application hosts digitized US Coast and Geodetic Survey Aerial Photos from 1927, 1928, 1932, 1935, 1952 and 1954 of the South Florida coast. The original photographs are from the collection of film copies of Dr. Harold R. Wanless. The FIU GIS Center is responsible for digitization and creation of the download website. The project was funded by USGS. Each point represents a set of multi-lens photographs. A pop-up window provides a link to download the images. A significant number of collection images were copied on 35mm black and white film. They were scanned at 2400 dpi with a dedicated film scanner.

An Island Luminous is a site to help readers learn about Haiti’s history. Created by historian Adam M. Silvia and hosted online by Digital Library of the Caribbean, An Island Luminous combines rare books, manuscripts, and photos scanned by archives and libraries in Haiti and the United States with commentary by over one hundred (100) authors from universities around the world.

The Florida S.Ct. Records & Briefs Project is a cooperative project funded by all of the academic law libraries in Florida. The goal of the Project is to provide a full record of all Florida Supreme Court Records & Briefs dating from 1846. This file contains opinions issued in Florida Supreme Court cases decided since August 1984 and the briefs filed in those cases. Briefs for cases decided without an opinion are not included. In the future we plan to include older cases on this Web site. For more information about this project, or to request briefs for older cases, click here. The Florida Supreme Court Records and Briefs are public records under Florida Law. Access to the records of the judicial branch is governed by Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.420, entitled "Public Access to Judicial Records." In the absence of an exemption under FRJA 2.420, judicial records are subject to disclosure. The Charles Brockden Brown Electronic Archive and Scholarly Edition aims to identify, transcribe, organize, and ultimately edit Brown's uncollected writings, making them searchable in an electronic environment. Access to these texts will cast new light on Brown as a novelist, editor, and historian, revise his stature among the intellectuals of the new republic, and enhance our understanding of authorship and the dynamics of print culture in his day. Users may browse "The Comprehensive Primary Bibliography of the Writings of Charles Brockden Brown, 1783-1822" or search full-text transcriptions of 982 TEI P5-encoded texts, which include all of Brown's novels, periodical writings, letter manuscripts (facsimile), and other writings and writings designated as "hybrid" because of his use of material by other authors.

This website is a companion to the State of the Lower St. Johns River Report (website). It contains over 95% of the literature referenced in the 2012-2015 reports and, where possible, provides access to a digital copy of the material, either directly or via a link to the publisher. The archive is searchable across all the content, including the text of material, either through a keyword or full-text search. Over time additional content from the 2008-2011 reports will be added to provide a comprehensive resource about research on the lower St. Johns River.
